Dublin Mountains Festival - Féile na Sléibhte, October 1st to 10th

• To celebrate the festival Johnnie Foxes in Glencullen will host lunchtime music sessions from October 1st to 10th. 

• DLR Tourism are running a great competition via their Facebook page with the chance to win a woodfire sauna experience at Tigh'n Alluis Irish Sweathouse in the Dublin Mountains at Glencullen Adventure Park - The GAP (just 5 minutes from Johnnie Fox's). 11 double passes up for grabs for Wednesday 7th October, 6:30pm–8:00pm. Thursday October 1st. National Tree Day celebrations for primary school children with Coillte, River Basin Management Services, poet Jane Clarke, artist Liz McMahon, supported by the DMP Volunteer Rangers and staff.

Friday October 2nd: Coillte Dublin Mountains Makeover walk, talk and tree planting at Barnaslingan Wood.

Saturday October 3rd: Sharing Nature with Children Workshop for adults at Knocksink Wood Enniskerry.

Saturday October 3rd: Hike from Shankill to the Ski Club of Ireland to watch Irish Austrian Ski Fest racing.
